Telemetrics To Spotlight Production Workflow Efficiency At 2025 ISE Show

New Improvements Will Boost Operational Capabilities For European Production Professionals.

Barcelona, Spain/Allendale, NJ—At the 2025 Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) Show, Telemetrics, the innovators in robotic camera control, will show a number of new improvements to several of its products on Stand 4N860 that help streamline the most complex production workflows and make production studios, European Broadcasters and others more efficient and productive.
These significant improvements include the addition of new features for the RCCP-2A Robotic Camera Control Panel and the latest version of the LP-S5 robotic pan/tilt head being operated on a Telemetrics Televator® EP8 Mini elevating pedestal. All of these products help robotic camera operators work smarter and help the various robotic systems move more smoothly, accurately, and safely.

RCCP-2A Control Panel
The dual joystick RCCP-2A Robotic Camera Control Panel will be demonstrated live with new software improvements and additional support for third-party cameras and devices. This now includes the Grass Valley line of native IP cameras as well as the Sony FX6 camera and CNA-2 camera control network adaptor. Across all of its highly reliable robotic camera control panels, Telemetrics now natively controls all of the latest cameras from Blackmagic, Canon, Grass Valley, Hitachi, Ikegami, Panasonic and Sony.

New operational software features for the ISE Show include:

  • Studio View – This lets operators see a graphical 3D reproduction of the studio environment right on the panel itself, with real-time location of camera pedestals and track systems. New at ISE, the Telemetrics TG-4/-5 track systems now support Telemetrics’ exclusive collision detection/avoidance safety features. Special safety sensors can now be added to set pieces so that if an anchor desk or floor monitor has been repositioned, it will show up in real time within the panel’s Studio View.
  • Power View – Benefits users of the LP-S5 Pan/Tilt Head in tandem with the Telemetrics PS-RM2-48 power supply and the control panel with real-time control and power status of multiple devices.
  • Robotic Status – Telemetrics has added real-world values in real-time to improve crew operations. This enhanced feature now displays more real-world data of how the robotics equipment is performing at any moment in time.
  • Virtual Tracks – A new feature on the LP-S5 Pan/Tilt head enables AR/VR of curved tracks in a more optimized way. This provides vast improvement in robustness and accuracy of virtual curved track systems (Telemetrics’ TG-4 and TG-5) for virtual sets.

Telemetrics has continued to improve upon its unique reFrame Automatic Shot Correction software, a feature of the RCCP-2A control panel with Studio (STS) or Legislative (LGS) software. The innovative talent and object tracking software not only ensures that on-screen talent remains in frame despite their moving about or slouching in their seat, but with its AI and facial recognition algorithms the software can run a production in a fully automated mode without operator intervention. In addition, the functionality of the control panel’s top row of eight “TeleKeys” are now more customizable, with the operator able to customize key functions on the fly in order to run a production in their own unique way.

LP-S5 Pan/Tilt Head
The LP-S5 is the popular choice for European broadcasters and other discerning video production professionals that need performance without compromise. A unique counter-balancing system on the PT-LP-S5 enables quick, easy and accurate setup, even when a teleprompter, confidence monitor, and other components are mounted on the head. Multiple cameras can be quickly configured, as pan, tilt and pedestal parameters are accessed via a simple push of a button on the camera base (eliminating the need for a dedicated control panel). In addition, LED indicators provide real-time warning if the load is out of balance. The ultra-precise mechanics provide smooth motion and an accuracy of 0.016 degrees, making the PT-LP-S5 ideal for virtual set applications.

Televator (EP8)
The latest generation of elevating camera pedestals from Telemetrics (the EP8) includes new hardware that allows the robotic camera trolley to travel faster and quieter, especially when coupled with a TeleGlide® TG4 straight and curved floor or ceiling track. Reliability has also been improved. The EP8 can also be securely mounted on the OmniGlide rover or a camera trolley for virtually unlimited on-air camera moves.

Telemetrics staff will also be discussing the innovative OmniGlide® Robotic Roving Platform, which, with its unique triangular design, has literally changed the way studio camera are moved around a production studio. Introduced in 2018, it is now installed at dozens of European Broadcasters and other facilities around the globe.
