This year, Pacific Justice Institute has been on a powerful upward trajectory.

Across the country, we are seeing meaningful legal victories, expanded influence, and real momentum in the fight to defend faith, family, and freedom. In just the past several weeks, here are three major developments:

  • Federal Appeals Court Allows Louisiana Ten Commandments Law to Take Effect
A significant step forward in affirming the historical and constitutional role of the Ten Commandments in American public life. This ruling sends a clear message that faith does not need to be erased from the public square.

PJI Secures Settlement for Idaho Employee Fired Over Religious Objection to COVID-19 Vaccine

We successfully defended the rights of an employee who was terminated for standing by her religious convictions. This settlement reinforces that religious accommodations are not optional. They are protected under federal law.

PJI Supports Maryland Heartbeat Bill

We publicly stood in support of legislation designed to protect unborn children once a fetal heartbeat is detected, affirming the state’s compelling interest in defending human life.

Each of these cases represents more than a press release. They represent real Americans who refused to surrender their convictions. They represent a legal culture that is being shaped in real time. And they represent a ministry that is expanding its reach and impact nationwide.
