Write Out Loud Artistic Director, Veronica Murphy shared, “Some families we are born into – and some we create for ourselves. For our final Story Concert of the Season – we have chosen stories that examine this truth – and share the joy, laughter and exasperation of living with those we love. Imagine petulant children, family secrets…memories and complications of Daughters and Fathers, Mothers and Sons.”
THE TIE THAT BINDS – All in the Family really keeps it “in the family” featuring performers Walter Ritter, Veronica Murphy, Rachael VanWormer and Brian Mackey. They will welcome you into the Write Out Loud family – and answer some unexpected questions such as
- Is it possible to fulfill Birthday expectations?
- What if your Father is a grizzly bear and your Mother is an enigma?
- Can pirates have families?
The Program Includes stories by an iconic reclusive 20th Century author, a contemporary humorist, a prolific Israeli author and local writers, including a student poet.
Individual General Admission Tickets are $25
