Two-day gathering brings policymakers, executives, and national leaders together for strategic dialogue, leadership development, and historic commemoration.
WASHINGTON, D.C.- Alabaster House, a nonprofit organization dedicated to equipping high-level
leaders across government, business, and ministry, has announced its 2026 Leadership Summit,
scheduled to take place May 19–20 in Washington, D.C. The annual event will convene elected
officials, C-suite executives, and influential decision-makers for two days of leadership
development and collaborative engagement, aligned with the upcoming celebration of America’s
250th anniversary.
The Summit will open with a veteran leadership panel honoring the service and sacrifice of U.S.
military members, setting the tone for a program centered on leading in times of crisis. The
following day will feature sessions on Capitol Hill, including executive roundtables and keynote
presentations addressing current economic, technological, and geopolitical challenges.
Among the featured speakers, Commissioner Hester Peirce at the U.S. Securities and Exchange
Commission is expected to deliver a keynote address focused on the evolving landscape of
securities markets.

“At a time when leaders across sectors are navigating rapid change and uncertainty, the
Leadership Summit creates a space for meaningful dialogue, strategic insight, and practical
leadership development,” said Kimberly Genau, Founder and Executive Director of Alabaster
House. “This gathering is designed to equip leaders with the clarity and conviction needed to lead
effectively.”
Past Leadership Summits have featured prominent voices across sports, government, and
business. Former NFL standout Brian Mitchell emphasized perseverance in leadership, stating,
“You start something, you better not ever quit.” Former Secretary of the Navy John Dalton
highlighted the importance of example-driven leadership, noting that effective leaders “lead with
their lives.”
The 2026 Leadership Summit aims to build on this legacy by providing a platform where leaders
can gain practical insights, exchange ideas, and prepare for the challenges and opportunities
ahead.
