(WASHINGTON, D.C.) WEDNESDAY, MAY 14, 2025 — American Christian Leaders for Israel (ACLI) is a community of approximately 3,000 influential Pastoral, Rabbinical, and faith leaders. These individuals, representing tens of millions of American Christians, have actively participated in diverse initiatives. Together, they provide a strong, unified voice advocating biblical truth to the American public and steadfastly supporting Israel and the Jewish people. Dr. Susan Michael, President of the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem – USA and Director for ACLI, met with U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee on her most recent trip to Israel this month. Dr. Michael remarked on her latest trip to Israel and meeting with Ambassador Mike Huckabee: “It was my honor to meet with Ambassador Mike Huckabee at the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem and personally deliver a letter of congratulations on behalf of the hundreds of pastors and Christian leaders affiliated with the American Christian Leaders for Israel. “At a time when the eyes of the world are on the Middle East — and as President Donald Trump participates in high-stakes meetings in the region — we are deeply concerned by reports that a sweeping Saudi-led normalization deal may come with unacceptable conditions, including premature recognition of a Palestinian state and pressure on Israel to halt its defensive war against Hamas. Such concessions would not only undermine Israel’s sovereignty and security but risk rewarding terrorism and further destabilizing the region. “This is precisely why Ambassador Huckabee’s presence in Israel is so critical. His deep understanding of the region, his consistent moral clarity, and his unshakable commitment to Israel’s right to exist in peace and security make him an indispensable voice at this moment in history.” ### ![]() About the International Christian Embassy of Jerusalem The International Christian Embassy Jerusalem, founded in 1980, recognizes Jerusalem’s biblical significance and its connection to the Jewish people.
