WASHINGTON D.C. – Last week, a U.S. Congressional panel held an independent hearing with several medical specialists to examine the record number of injuries, disabilities, and deaths reported after COVID-19 injections over the last four years, including increasing rates of myocarditis, blood clots, and cancers. The doctors cited numerous peer-reviewed academic studies that the COVID-19 shots’ spike proteins are doing “widespread damage” to the human body and the harms will likely continue “indefinitely.”
Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) chaired the panel, which was the second such hearing on the issue held since November 2023. Rounding out the panel was Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson, Ohio Rep. Warren Davidson, and Arizona Rep. Andy Biggs. Rep. Greene stated the hearings were hosted independently of the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic because the subcommittee leadership “refuses to do anything about what Americans actually care about.” In addition, she said the “data shows these injections have harmed thousands of Americans” which requires answering the question of “what is COVID going to continue doing to people?”
Three expert witnesses testified before the panel, all of whom have experience in treating people with COVID-19 infections, managing vaccine injuries, and have published research on the topic. The witnesses were Dr. Peter McCullough, an internist, epidemiologist, and one of the most published cardiologists in America with more than 1,000 peer-reviewed publications to his credit; Dr. Ryan Cole, a board-certified anatomic and clinical pathologist who stated he was forced to sell his pathology lab “for telling the truth about COVID vaccines;” and Dr. Kirk Milhoan, a board-certified pediatric cardiologist who also holds a doctorate degree in cardiovascular physiology and pharmacology.
Dr. McCullough began his testimony by stating that this hearing was “four years too late” because it marked the first time since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic that the U.S. House of Representatives had formally received testimony from doctors who are directly treating patients with both COVID-19 infections and vaccine injuries. In referencing COVID shot statistics, Dr. McCullough stated about 75 percent of Americans received at least one dose and about 94 percent of those received an mRNA shot. He described the proteins in the mRNA shot as “brand new technology” different from the “crippled” or “killed” virus proteins in traditional vaccines.
Dr. McCullough stated, “…these [mRNA] vaccines install the genetic code for the lethal part of the [COVID] virus, which is the spike protein – the spine on the surface of the virus. This was an extraordinary gamble because there was no knowledge of what was going to turn this off.”
Dr. McCullough and Dr. Cole explained the danger of these shots is that they can produce “too much” of the “potentially lethal spike proteins” which could “go anywhere and everywhere” in the body. They stated the mRNA spike proteins can “hijack the body’s machinery” to produce an “uncontrolled amount of spike proteins” for an “uncontrolled duration,” and “potentially indefinitely.”
Both doctors emphasized that the human body recognizes the COVID mRNA spike protein as “non-human,” so the immune system attacks the spike proteins where they are in the body’s own cells. They stated this then causes “cascading” effects of inflammation and protein build-up which has resulted in the drastic rises in organ damage, clots, cancers, and deaths.
Dr. McCullough noted that mRNA vaccines have a regulatory “window of concern” of five years where if adverse events appear in that timeframe, then the vaccine itself needs to be considered as a cause. (emphasis added)
“The vaccines have been broadly applied, and there is a small, significant number of people [in these studies] who really get into [health] trouble, and multiply that times a big number of people who took the shots and that is the reason we have a health crisis.”
Other key findings the doctors shared with the panel included:
- Dr. Milhoan stated a Cleveland Clinic study published in April 2023 indicated that people with the lowest risk of getting COVID were people who have had “zero vaccines.”
- Dr. McCullough stated 3,400 peer-reviewed papers reveal that COVID shots cause myocarditis and heart damage, which is responsible for the 13 percent increase in cardiovascular deaths in 2020, a 30 percent increase in 2021 and then a 44 percent increase in 2022.
- Dr. Cole stated the COVID mRNA spike protein binds to certain cancer-causing genes, and medical databases at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and in Singapore and the United Kingdom all show an increase in many cancers across age groups among highly vaccinated and boosted individuals.
Dr. Milhoan and Dr. Cole stated that despite all the data the government is still recommending boosters. They stated the “public health strategy right now” for fighting this “treatable” virus is to inject a “horrible protein” that “asks our body to make a cardiac toxin.”
Both Sen. Johnson and Rep. Biggs asked the panel of witnesses about the status of the medical establishment and what has led to this situation.
Dr. Cole stated there are “intertwining, corrupted financial interests” between the regulatory agencies and the pharmaceutical companies. He noted that the CDC Foundation can make billions of dollars from vaccine patents, while National Institutes of Health officials can make $150,000 a year for life if they are on a patent for a drug that goes to market, and that the Food and Drug Administration is “captured” by the biopharmaceutical complex “in terms of the percentage of their budget they get from drug approval and fast tracking” processes.
“Anybody that speaks against that cashflow gets the hatchet,” stated Dr. Cole. “Once you have a master over you, your willingness and ability to speak independently and freely falls under that curtain of fear. We used to be the freest nation on Earth. We used to not have medical commissions attack people for free speech. We used to actually stand for individual rights and individual principles, but it’s been rolled up into these large corporation machines and captured agencies, and in my opinion that’s why we’re we are where we are now.”
In contrast, the former head of the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Dr. Anthony Fauci, who largely influenced America’s response to the pandemic, recently testified in front of the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic. He was questioned on mask mandates, social distancing, lockdowns, shot mandates, and NIAID funding for dangerous “gain-of-function” research in Wuhan, China. According to a press release from Subcommittee Chairman Rep. Brad Wenstrup, Dr. Fauci said “I don’t recall” more than 100 times during the first session of his deposition.

There is a reason why the typical vaccine takes 7-10 years to develop with at least five years of testing. These experimental mRNA shots skipped the necessary development. Due to brave doctors and proper scientific rigor, the evidence is available, and it is very clear: these shots were never safe nor effective. The pharmaceutical industry and regulatory agencies have sold out the human race for billions of dollars and have blood on their hands. All mRNA injections need to be stopped. Congress must repeal the law that provides legal immunity to vaccine makers and distributers.”
