Great Skiing at Brundage… Idaho!

What’s New for 2017-18

12/01/17

Winter visitors will feel the benefits of this year’s improvements before they even arrive at the mountain. A total rebuild of Goose Lake Road paves the way toward a winter full of exciting new things for beginners, backcountry skiers, foodies, techies, and especially season pass holders!

Smooth Sailing on Goose Lake Road

This $10 million road construction project spanning two summers has delivered a wider, straighter and safer roadway on the four-mile stretch between Highway 55 and Brundage Mountain. The most technical curves have been completely re-designed and re-worked with smoother angles and better sight-lines. The intersection of Highway 55 and Goose Lake Road was widened and enhanced with extra turning lanes and improved visibility. Learn more

Lower Parking Lot200 New Parking Spaces in the Lower Lot

Once you arrive at Brundage, it will be easier to find a place to park. Over the past two years, we’ve expanded our Lower Lot to add more than 200 graveled parking spaces. This will ease congestion on busier weekends and holidays when parking can get tight. Improved drainage will help keep our Lower Lot tailgating tradition going strong all season long.

New Lift on Easy Street

Coming soon: We’re taking our FREE Skiing on Easy Street to the next level with the installation of a brand new SunKid conveyor lift. The 120-foot Easy Rider Carpet will operate seven days a week during peak season, and every weekend during the Spring.

This new lift will enhance our children’s lesson programs, making it easier for the little ones to access learning terrain without riding an elevated lift. The Easy Rider Carpet is free to the public whenever it’s open, and we will continue to offer free lift tickets to the public on our Easy Street Triple Chairlift all season long.

Kids Center ExpansionLarger Kids Center Grows Our Capacity for Adventure!

An attractive new addition means the Brundage Kids Center is 12% larger than before. But the important number here is 20. Twenty additional children will be able to take Adventure Club and Summit Club lessons each day because of this larger space. And the little kids in our Kinder Club will have more room to move around, too.

New Menus & New Venues Keep It Fresh for Foodies

Good news for those looking for a quick caffeine fix before hitting the slopes. We’ve moved our SideStash Espresso bar from the third floor of the lodge to the FIRST floor of the lodge. Now you can grab a hot drink and quick bite without expending all your powder day energy. This new location has freed up space to expand our offerings in the Upper Lot Pub. Adults 21 and over will find a wider variety of drink options and a fresh, flavorful menu. Learn More
