Costa Mesa, CA: Last night those who went to the OC Fair were again treated with the excitement of being “out and about” enjoying fun times with family, friends or just by themselves. The aroma of the BBQ’s or other delectable treats was amazing. The sights of the lights and action rides created a world all to themselves whether riding the Sky Ride above the grounds or swinging in the awesome Titan or walking through a maze or throwing base balls at plates to actually break them!! Wow, so many smiling faces expressing their joy and excitement of being at the OC Fair. Thank you for presenting such an awesome Fair again this year!
For those wanting to relive the pleasures found in seeing and listening to professional live music again, they were treated to a fabulous performance of the Tribute band to the Eagles, TLR (The Long Run), in the Hangar. New to the OC Fair scene, TLR exploded on the stage with song after song of the original Eagles to which those inside and outside were “moving and a shaking”, singing along and rocking out! Watching this spontaneous reaction of the properly spaced crowd just had me smiling and moving with them too!
All good things must come to an end so around 10PM TLR closed their set. The audience cheered and clapped in celebration of the wonderful music they had been treated to, reviving many great memories of the original Eagles to the majority!
We thank you TLR for your bringing to life the Eagles and allowing us to Soar with you!
