July 30, 2026 San Diego – Villa Musica, San Diego’s Community Music Center serving San Diegans of all ages announces the start up of their 2026 Fall Classes for students of all ages. Classes start up the week of August 23rd and are available at three locations. Classes take place at Villa Musica Sorrento Valley, Villa Musica East in Fletcher Hills and in Point Loma. Villa Musica classes are for aspiring and established musicians of all ages – and provide a nurturing and exploratory environment for musical growth. To share their new Fletcher Hills location with the community, Villa Musica will also be offering a free Open House on August 9th from 1-4. This will be an event for all ages with arts and crafts, ice cream and free mini lessons. www.villamusica.org
Fiona Chatwin, Executive and Artistic Director of Villa Musica shared “It has long been our goal at Villa Musica to provide musical access points to people of all ages and backgrounds. Whether it be a 5 year old taking a group violin class, a teen-ager playing in our Rock Band, a 50 year old singing in our community chorus or a 75 year old playing in our Mariachi ensemble – there truly is a place for everyone to explore and grow here musically. We are so lucky to have some of San Diego’s finest musicians teaching our private students as well as our group classes. We’ve created a second musical home for many, and we are thankful to get to share what we love. On August 9th – we are looking forward to inviting the community to an open house to check out our newest space in Fletcher Hills.“
